Raw Food – Day 11: Budwig may be doing something
I am always reluctant to state that something has had an affect before I am sure that it has. However it must be noted that my edema seems to be getting better. Throughout the day I still get a build up of fluid in the leg, however overnight a lot more drains out than used to. If you just looked at my left knee in the morning you would be hard pressed to say it was not normal (all be it skinny due to lack of exercise). The only three things that have changed has been my uptake of the FOCC mix again, eating around 10 apricot kurnals a day and taking injections of Iscadore. It is also possible that the raw food diet, especially now that I have simplified it, has really kicked in. I guess only time will tell.

General Thoughts:
All round an enjoyable day with some good results. Morning pH is a little low but not too bad. Evening pH could also be better but is nothing to be sneezed at. Interesting that they are the same today as yesterday despite the use of cows milk over goats milk. Surprisingly many calories today. I took some snacks to a movie (nuts and goji berries) and there was some olive oil in dinner which added to the stupidly large amount I get from the flax oil. I woke at 2 in the morning due to lots of leg pain (not sure what caused it but I have decided to assume its a good thing until proven otherwise). Interestingly I was really hungry, so I had some almonds and some ajowain water for the pain which seemed to work. Will do a write up on ajowan water in the next week or so.
Mental Condition:
Boosted by a very enjoyable night out with some old friends. Also condition improvement is always nice, although I can’t say it is universal.
Hey J,
Nice to hear the good news. Some interesting stuff you’ve been mentioning. Glad you seem to be having a response with the Budwig, also I’m pretty interested in Iscador, heard about it a little but never acted on it. Hope it complements everything else you’re doing.

Thanks mate. Not sure yet if the Budwig is for me long term but I am enjoying playing around with it. One of the problems with having such visible tumors is that it is very easy to get excited when you think there is a change. However it does mean I am able to monitor the result of what I am trying which is good. I don’t think Iscador helped me much before but it comes highly recommended by some others so I am prepared to keep giving it a go. Will Blog on what I think is working over the next few weeks.
